1. Refund Policy
1.1 Refund Eligibility
1.1.1 Refund requests may be made within 30 days of the initial payment for a one-time service or the first billing cycle of a subscription plan.
1.1.2 Where a refund request is approved in accordance with section 1.1.1, the user shall be eligible to receive a refund of 75% of the total amount paid.
1.2 Subscription Plans
1.2.1 Subscription plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on the plan selected.
1.2.2 Users may cancel their subscription at any time; however, cancellation will stop future billing and does not result in a refund for the current billing period.
1.3 How to Request a Refund
1.3.1 Users who meet the eligibility criteria outlined in section 1.1 must submit a refund request via email to wrldwide.development@gmail.com.
1.3.2 Refund requests must include the user's full name, registered email address, proof of payment, and any additional banking details required to process the refund.
1.4 Refund Processing
1.4.1 Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
1.4.2 Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days after confirmation that the refund request has been approved.
1.4.3 In the event of technical, banking, or payment-provider related issues that delay the refund process, the user will be contacted via email to explain the situation and discuss possible solutions. In such cases, the processing time stated in section 1.4.2 may be extended.
1.5 Non-Refundable Service Fee
1.5.1 A 25% service and administration fee is non-refundable and is retained to cover operational, administrative, and service-related costs.
1.5.2 This non-refundable service fee applies regardless of the completion status of the service, including where the website or service has been fully completed and delivered, provided the refund request is made within the timeframe specified in section 1.1.
2. One-Time Payment Plans
2.1 Price Changes
2.1.1 Prices are subject to change at any time.
2.1.2 Price Increases
The users who have already paid their one-time payment will not be charged the new price, except in the following cases:
2.1.2.1 The user requests and is granted a refund, and then decides to have their website remade or purchases a new website - they will pay the current increased price.
2.1.2.2 The user requests additional benefits added to the plan after their purchase - they will pay the current price of the plan.
2.1.3 Price Decreases
Users who have already paid will not receive a refund for the difference if the price decreases, except in the following case:
2.1.3.1 If the user requests and is granted a refund, and then decides to have their website remade or purchase a new website, they will pay the current decreased price.
2.2 Plan Benefits
2.2.1 Users receive only the benefits included in the plan at the time of purchase.
2.2.2 To access any newly added benefits, the user must pay the full current price of the plan.
Note: What counts as a “remake” or “additional benefits” is determined at our discretion. Users will be categorised under either 2.1.2.1 / 2.1.3.1 or 2.1.2.2 / 2.2.2 accordingly.
3. Subscription Plans

Users who have already subscribed will not be charged the increased price, except in the following cases:
3.1.2.1 The user requests and is granted a refund, and then decides to have their website remade or subscribes to a new website - they will pay the current increased subscription price.
3.1.2.2 The user requests additional benefits added to the subscription after their purchase - they will pay the current subscription price.
3.1.3 Price Decreases
Users who have already subscribed will not receive a refund for the difference if the price decreases, except in the following case:
3.1.3.1 If the user requests and is granted a refund, and then decides to have their website remade or purchase a new website, they will pay the current decreased subscription price.
3.2 Plan Benefits
3.2.1 Subscribers receive only the benefits included in the plan at the time of subscription.
3.2.2 To access any newly added benefits, the subscriber must pay the full current subscription price.
Note: What counts as a “remake” or “additional benefits” is determined at our discretion. Users will be categorised under either 3.1.2.1 / 3.1.3.1 or 3.1.2.2 / 3.2.2 accordingly.
3.3 Domain and Third-Party Cost Adjustments
3.3.1 Where a subscription plan includes a domain name, hosting, or any third-party service, and the cost of such services increases, WRLDWide reserves the right to adjust the subscription price solely to reflect the increase in those third-party costs.
3.3.2 Any price adjustment made under section 3.3.1 will apply from the user’s next billing cycle onward.
3.3.3 Users will be notified in advance of any such adjustment and will be given reasonable time to either continue the subscription at the updated price or cancel the subscription before the next billing cycle.
3.3.4 Except for adjustments made due to domain, hosting, or third-party cost increases as described above, users will continue to be billed at the subscription price in effect at the time they originally subscribed, regardless of any general price increases made by WRLDWide.
3.3.5 WRLDWide is not responsible for domain or hosting price increases imposed by third-party providers.
4. Business Details
4.1 WRLDWide is a sole proprietorship operating in South Africa.

5. Definitions
5.1 “Service” refers to website development, maintenance, and subscription services.
5.2 "User" refers to any individual or business purchasing services.
5.3 “Plan” refers to a one-time or subscription service package.
6. Payment Terms
6.1 Payments are accepted in ZAR via the methods specified on the website.
6.2 Subscription payments are billed according to the plan selected and may require user authorisation or action depending on the payment method used.
6.3 Failed or declined payments may result in suspension of services until payment is received.
6.4 All users are responsible for accurate payment information.
7. User Responsibilities
7.1 Users must provide accurate and complete information, including required content, credentials, and materials necessary to deliver the service.
7.2 Delays caused by the user may affect delivery timelines.
7.3 Users are responsible for reviewing and approving work within the agreed timeframe.
8. Service Delivery & Timelines
8.1 WRLDWide will deliver completed websites as agreed in the plan.
8.2 Minor revisions are included in the plan; additional revisions may incur extra fees.
8.3 Completion is defined as delivery of the website and/or all agreed files and credentials to the user.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 All materials created by WRLDWide remain our property until full payment is received.
9.2 Upon full payment, ownership of all website files, code, and content is transferred to the user, except for the WRLDWide credit as described in 9.3.
9.3 The user agrees that WRLDWide may include a small credit on the website, such as “Powered by WRLDWide” or “Made by WRLDWide,” which may be placed in the footer or another appropriate location. This credit may contain a link to WRLDWide's website and serves as a watermark or branding acknowledgment.
9.4 WRLDWide retains the right to display work in portfolios, marketing materials, and case studies, even after full payment.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 WRLDWide is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or services.
10.2 WRLDWide is not responsible for third-party downtime, hosting issues, or content errors provided by the user.
11. Termination & Cancellation
11.1 Users may cancel subscription plans at any time; cancellation stops future billing.
11.2 Cancellation of one-time services mid-project may result in forfeiture of the non-refundable service fee.
11.3 Refunds will be handled according to section 1.
12. Privacy & Data Protection
12.1 The user's data is collected, stored, and used solely for providing services.
12.2 WRLDWide complies with applicable South African privacy laws (POPIA).
12.3 User information will not be shared with third parties except for processing payments or as required by law.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
13.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.
13.2 Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pretoria.
14. Miscellaneous
14.1 WRLDWide may update these Terms and Conditions at any time; updates take effect upon posting to the website. The user is encouraged to review the Terms periodically.
14.2 If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
14.3 Users agree to these Terms and Conditions by using our services.
14.4 All Terms and Conditions, prices, and plan benefits in effect at the time of purchase apply to that transaction. Changes to Terms, prices, or plan benefits will only apply to future purchases or subscriptions.
